Meat Boning Knives There are multiple stages to manufacturing all R.H. Forschner knives. Each Victorinox® knife is constructed by stamping out a single sheet of metal. The blade is hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. R. H. Forschner stamped knives feature a 3/4 or 7/8 tang and are beautifully finished.
